Use this free price condition checker to apply your own price-range rules to hundreds of prices at once, such as markups, commissions or price tiers.

Quick answer

A price condition checker works like a bulk IF rule. You define rows of Min, Max and Output; every price that falls between Min and Max gets that Output value. Example: with rules 1–50 → 20, 51–100 → 35 and 101–200 → 60, the prices 25, 80, 150 and 240 return 20, 35, 60 and No Match. Paste prices one per line, click Process Prices and copy the two-column result straight into Excel or Google Sheets.

Agencies, resellers and shop owners often price by tiers: a guest post that costs the vendor $40 is sold with a $35 margin, a product under $50 gets a fixed shipping fee, or a commission changes by order size. Doing this with nested IF formulas is slow and easy to break.

This bulk price condition checker turns each tier into a simple row. Your rules are saved in your browser, so you can come back tomorrow, paste a new list and get the same logic in seconds.

How the Rules Work

Each rule is a range check: if Min ≤ price ≤ Max, the price gets the rule’s Output value. Both ends of the range are included, so with a rule of 1–50, a price of exactly 50 matches. A price outside every range returns No Match.

How to Use the Bulk Price Condition Checker

Step 1: Add Your Price Rules

In the Logic Rules Engine, enter a Min price, a Max price and the Output value for that range. Click Add Condition Row for each extra tier, and use the red × to delete a row. Reset Rules clears them all.

Step 1 add Min, Max and Output price rules in the logic rules engine of the bulk price condition checker

Step 2: Paste Your Prices

Paste your prices into Bulk Price Inputs, one per line, as plain numbers such as 80 or 99.5. Click Process Prices.

Step 2 paste prices one per line into bulk price inputs and click Process Prices

Step 3: Read and Copy the Results

The table shows each Input Price next to its Output Result. Prices that fit no rule show No Match. Click Copy to Excel to paste both columns into a spreadsheet, or Clear Data to start a new list.

Step 3 review input prices with their output results and copy them to Excel

Practical Uses

  • Guest post reselling: map each vendor price to your margin or final client price by tier.
  • Commission tables: return the commission amount or rate for each order value.
  • Shipping fees: assign a delivery charge to each product price band.
  • Discount tiers: find which discount each cart total qualifies for.
  • Price labelling: use output codes such as 1, 2 and 3 for budget, standard and premium.

Tips for Reliable Results

  • Currency symbols and thousands separators are ignored, so “$80”, “€ 45.50” and “1,250” are read as 80, 45.5 and 1250. Lines with no number at all are skipped.
  • Avoid gaps between ranges. With 1–50 and 51–100, a price of 50.5 has no match; use 50.01 as the next Min if you have decimals.
  • Do not overlap ranges, so every price has only one possible output.
  • Keep the output as a number, such as a margin or fee, so it is easy to add up in your spreadsheet.

Saved Rules and Privacy

Your rules are stored in your browser’s local storage, so they are still there the next time you open the tool on the same device and browser. Prices are processed on your device and nothing is sent to a server. Clearing your browser data or clicking Reset Rules removes the saved rules.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does a price condition checker do?

It applies your own Min–Max price rules to a list of prices and returns the output value of the rule each price falls into.

Is the Max value included in the range?

Yes. A rule of 1–50 matches 1, 50 and every price in between.

What does No Match mean?

The price is outside all of your ranges. Add a rule that covers it or check for gaps between ranges.

Are my rules saved?

Yes. Rules are saved in your browser’s local storage on this device until you reset them or clear your browser data.

Can I paste prices with a currency symbol?

Yes. Symbols such as $ or € and thousands separators are ignored, so $1,250 is read as 1250.

Is the price condition checker free?

Yes. It is free, runs in your browser and needs no sign-up.
